Helping You Move Better Is More Than My Profession—It's My Passion.

For nearly three decades, I've been helping people move with greater ease, confidence, and freedom. Throughout that journey, I've learned that lasting change doesn't come from treating symptoms alone—it comes from understanding how the body works as an integrated whole.

Whether someone comes to me with persistent pain, limited mobility, or simply wanting to move and feel better, my goal is always the same: to listen, assess thoughtfully, and create an individualized plan that supports lasting improvement.

I believe the ability to move well is one of our greatest gifts.

My Philosophy

Every person arrives with a unique history, movement patterns, lifestyle, and goals. That's why every session begins with listening and assessment—not assumptions.

My work combines hands-on care with movement education because I believe understanding your body is just as important as treating it. Together we'll explore how you move, identify what's contributing to discomfort or limitation, and build practical strategies that help you move with greater ease long after you leave my office.
