Each session is designed to meet your specific needs. You can choose a full session of either Orthopedic Massage & Bodywork, Corrective Movement, or LYT Functional Yoga. 60-90 minute sessions may be scheduled as a combination.

Students, Teachers, MIlitary, and First Responders receive $10 off every session.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first appointment.
